Heater smells like antifreeze

So for some reason, when I turn on my heater I can smell antifreeze. There's no leaks, my resivoir is full and not going down. Just wondering why? When I run the vent or a/c I can't smell it. But as soon as the heater cuts on... Any ideas?

So I know there's great contention for the stupid center cup holder under the vent. Are there any alternatives? I found this https://www.lmctruck.com/1973-87-chevy-gmc/cc-csb-ashtray-drink-holder Does anyone know if it will fit the 88-98 body style? Or maybe something like this but for a chevy...
