Blue smoke when restarting truck

My 89 C1500 will produce a small/mid size cloud of blue smoke when I restart the truck after letting it sit for 20+minutes after driving it. No smoke of any color on initial start up if its been sitting for a half day/day or so. I know this means its burning oil. What is recommended I check on...

Need some rear suspension help

I have a 1989 C1500 shortbed with about 65k miles on it. Each time i hit small potholes, train tracks, or just small bumps in general I hear some thumps and thuds coming from the rear. Some of it I assume is coming from the tailgate vibrating a bit but I think there is more to it. Just sounds...

Need some wheel/tire help

This is my 89. Stock height, 15x10 with 295/50/r15 all the way around. Looking to fill up the wheel well a get rid of the lip a bit (as much as I love it). I'd like to keep the wheels I have here but am curious what size tire will work best on 15x10 to fill in the well. No clue on the backspace...
