Shock problem

OK guys I have a 91 swb and installed a 4 inch drop with shackles and hangers it came with drop shocks but my issue is the passenger shock likes about an inch from bolting up im confused why one bolts up and the other don't any ideas

Wheel confusion

I have a 91 rcsb im installing a 2/4 on I found the wheels I want but It don't show anything for back space will they fit? Will they tuck if I decide to go lower?

I have a 91 rcsb I'm going to be installing a 2/4 kit on and want to run 16x8 torq thrust rims what is the best tire size to get
