02 sensors not reading right .97c1500

My truck was re pinned for the 0411.it runs and drives but it's not fully tunned. I've had 2 tummer try to tune it and both have had issues with sensors reading correctly.02 and maf. Also mentioned the pcm not responding to any changes that where done.has anyone had this issue or have any info...

12200411 PCM swap for 1996 to 2000 GMT400 trucks

I have a 97 c1500.with a 383 stroker. It was re pinned to use the 0411 pcm.the truck runs and drives. The tunner says my 02s and maf sensors aren't reading right.and the pcm is mot responding to anything he's telling it to do.has anyone had this issue ? Or help me with the pin location for 02...
