    Make sure the squirl cage is spinning the correct direction. Got one once that was reverse of what I needed. Acted a lot like yours. I just reversed the wires. Good luck with it.

    There is no final "e" in "Mobil" Sorry for the excessive use of the letter “e”. They’ve been piling up here and I try to slip in extras on occasion to lessen the mess here. I’ll do my best to dispose of them elsewhere. ;)

    On my 98 K1500 I use the NAPA or mobile1 synthetic, whichever is on sale and a wix XP 51036xp filter (305 engine w/standard) changed at factory suggested intervals. Does me good.

    Once on a cold winter morning after turning on the heat to the windshield, I watched a bullseye blossom into a crack and make its way from one side to the other. It took about half an hour in slow motion.
