Attention Alarm Guru's!! Remote start dies immediatly

Hey folks, I have an '02 2500hd Crew 4x4 with an Autopage RS 1000 remote start 2way paging alarm. I had to move the module over a foot to squeeze a few other things under the dash. I noticed that some of the wires were just twisted together and taped so I soldered them and used heat shrink...

Fresh rebuild and cam, rough start and idle...is this normal?

I just had my engine rebuilt and this cam installed (sorry the image is huge):redxhitrf7: I had the ECM tuned at Nelson Performance but they said they didn't have the software to do a "livetune" on an OBS so it was just a mail order type tune:wtg:. At first it was hard to start and...
