Bought the truck Saturday. Drove it all day then it sat all day Sunday. Get in it Monday and it won't start. Hooked fuel pressure guage up, it's reading 60 when cranking. Seems to have enough spark to ignite. I just don't get it..... Any help appreciated

If you shoot some carb cleaner down the throttle body and then try to start it, does it fire off?

I assume you pulled a few random plugs and verified spark? Any plugs wet?

I just troubleshot an issue where I had spark at one plug that I pulled. Dumped some carb cleaner down the TB and tried to fire it off, it didn't. Ended up being that I got some water under my distributor cap and apparently wasn't getting spark to enough cylinders. I just happened to pull the one that WAS working. I was getting fuel, but didn't have enough spark. The carb cleaner test helped me come to that conclusion. So I was just checking if you pulled a few random ones to verify spark.

Yeah I just pulled the first two on the driver side bank. The moisture under the cap has me thinking. It has been wet and rainy here for a few days. Thanks

No problem! You just have to figure out which one you don't have or have enough of, spark and fuel. You know you have some spark, add some fuel. You can always pull that distributor cap and have a peek under there. However, if I was going to pull an old cap and rotor, I would have some new parts to put back!

Just be careful with the small torx head screws, they are not captured and will fall into the deepest darkest crevices that the back of your engine has to offer. I was able to use an inspection mirror while removing the rear screw, made it easier to see what I was doing.

Is your security light on? Could be the passlock bull$hit is activated. My truck did the same thing, crank no fire. Had spark and fuel pressure. Thought it was the fuel pump was dropping out
When that is activated it thinks the truck is being stolen. Will crank but won’t fire.
Try this

No, security light comes on when I first turn the key, then goes off. I don't think that's what it is, but I'll try the reset and see.

That's what it was Jared, moisture under the cap. All fixed and purring like a kitten now. Appreciate it!
