I was "told" that the '94 had a 4 speed blower setting. But I have found on my search of '94's at junk yards are the 3 speed. I check it by shining a flashlight on the face of the control.
Thanks for the replies! After "going under" and looking, I am going to wait to install that "last" bolt. It looks like to gain access to that "knock out plug" you have to lower the exhaust system. That will be another day when I can use a friends 4 post lift.
I have not yet pulled up the carpeting on my (reg cab) to see if there are "inboard" mounting holes. A friend who is lazy, told me that on the pass side (inboard front) you have to deal with the heat shield and so he ended up not installing his buckets. I am going to be installing buckets out...
I just installed a Ridetech 4 & 6" kit. When I let off the accelerator @65mph I am getting a "roaring" noise and as the speed drops a couple of mph it goes away. I am thinking that I am going to have to add a 2 or 4 degree shim. Has anyone else experienced this. BTY, I have a rcsb. Thanks...
I have Hotchkis 4" rear springs and I tried a 1"shackle and it rode like a "buckboard". When I looked it was riding on the snubbers. I ended up going with the Ridetech "C" notch 6" drop. I could not be happier.
Great looking truck! You are the 1st person that I have seen to use a Tahoe window switch. I switched my panels out 25 years ago. I could not find a Tahoe, so I had to settle for a suburban. A friend made me with his 3D printer a "plug" to fill the rear window switches. It looks like you...
I used the Hotchkis 4" leaf spring. The reason that I did not go the 6" is because I didn't want to buy a new set of rear factory springs. Thanks in advance if you have a link to the upper shock relocators.
Ok, I am a newbe! For 20+ years I have had a 2 w/Belltech spindles & 4" rear with a leaf spring. I went with a 5 in drop for 2 reasons. I already have a 4" drop leaf spring and I didn't want to cut the frame. So I added a 1" shackle and now I don't have any shock travel. Should I add shock...
