    If you're wanting a 500hp+ drag truck, you're going to need a beefed up tranny anyway. I know what your saying, something different would be cool, but I guess it depends how far down the rabbit hole you want to go.

    Having a remote start "shouldn't" make the starter crank any slower than using the key. All it does is send a trigger signal to the starter relay to make it engage. Are you saying with the key it turns over no problem??
