    Gm crate engine.

    I had originally thought about doing a supercharger with my 00 CCSB 5.7 but had a brain wave recently . Figured I could probably get a new crate engine for cheaper the a super charger..... I know gm makes a more powerful 350 but I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with it?

    I've done FULL tuneup, have CAI, cat is cut out, but exhaust is stock other then that. And I'm looking into a tune as well.

    Factory fender flares

    Hey just wondering how the hell to pull of the factory fender flares on my 00 CCSB. I removed the screws on the bottom of the flares and tries pulling them off. Maybe I just need to pull harder but before i do that I figured I'd ask before I wreck something.

    What is your truck running for gears? I was talking to a lot shops around here and most of them said to get rid of the 3.73s and put 4.10s. They figured it's be better mileage and more power. I'm going to have the fuel pressure test ASAP as well as compression

    Recently purchased a 2000 CCSB with the 5.7 with 200,000mi on it. Right after I got it I did the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, pcv, cleaned the maf sensor, volant cai, it also has a helix power tower, oil change. It's got 3.73 gears and a 4L80 in it running stock tires. It was still a gutless fuel...

    does anyone have a pic of they mounted the speakers in the rear door? I have a 00 ccsb and found out today that it doesn't have speakers in the rear doors either
