1996 C1500 5.7 Bleeding the brakes - Question
On a abs brake job the bleeders should be opened and the calipre turned upside down to push the piston back into it's bore.This stops any old rusty contaminated fluid from going into the abs unit.A"automated bleed must be performed using a factory type or equivelant scan tool to cycle the abs...- Phat Guy Garage

Alternator Died. Why?
check the gauges fuse if it has 1,if it does and it is good,check for power to the big red wire on the alternator,if that is okay,the alternator has failed.Probably a shorted diode has caused the failure- Phat Guy Garage

obs wiringharness for a fi tech standalone system
Hello newbie here.Doing a ls swap using a fitech standalone injection system into a 91 obs.My question is i want to use the factory dash harness so the fuel gauge and a\c etc will work.The fi tech is a stand alone system,it has all it's own sensor connections etc.I was wondering if anybody has...- Phat Guy Garage
