    I dropped the tank in my 99’ SUv in the driveway. It was about a 4 hour job on the ground. NOT FUN. Next time I’ll cut a hole under the backseat.. Just take the bed of the truck off, much easier as a pick-up.

    Thanks guys, daily driver 250 miles a week. I've had my ups and downs for the last 10+ years of ownership but I always loved this chassis and engine combo. Gas mileage will never be great but super easy to work on and reliable.

    Great write up. I've done this twice on my truck. Once at 190K with felpro and another time at 235k with Victor Reinz gaskets. So far it's been good i am right at 256k -M

    I am only assuming because the only pump assembly I could find with the 4pin square connector was the Bosch unit. All the others had been upgraded to the 4 pin flat style.

    Yes, for off-road use only. I contemplated after getting new lenses for my truck. Decided just to go with name brand Halogens. A projector setup would be nice with HID's, but I cannot find one for this 99' So reflector and halogens it is!
