    The chirp could be an injector. if the Sub still drives fine with the MAF unplugged, I'd still guess it's a fuel delivery issue. Maybe the computer dumps even more fuel with the MAF unplugged than it does in standard open loop. Ir could be leaky or clogged injectors. Have you tried...
