    Man I forgot to do this but a while ago I finally got the cherry bomb muffler and I gotta say, I’m in love. It’s got the growl I was definitely looking for and even makes some pops. Also got a tip to finish it off.

Apparently the ignition switch gets faulty at times which makes the speedometer go dead and stops the transmission from shifting? Weird but I shoulder shrugged it. All I had to do...

    Just when I thought I was free from dealing with electrical problems and now I’m back to square one. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to put this project to the side again for the time being. Gotta increase my budget.

    I’m not exactly mechanically skilled, I was surprised I did the oil change on my Tacoma by myself. I’d rather not touch the transmission until otherwise.

    So the muffler was welded in last week on Wednesday. Everything was running well. Saturday I took the truck to get its electrical system dealt with. Taillights, headlights wouldn’t work properly so that issue got fixed. The truck was running extremely well all weekend until I got off work Monday...

    For now I’m gonna have to drive my other truck because I don’t want to risk the Chevy truck stranding me in the middle of the freeway. I just got the new muffler installed a while ago and now I can’t enjoy it anymore :(

    The speedometer, tach, everything goes dead as soon as I put it in drive and the truck buckles forward. Throttle response is worst than a 4 cylinder Tacoma (I own one) I checked the fluid right now since I just got off work and it looks dark? Has a reddish tint but can barely tell.

    Okay I need help, my 96 Chevy 1500 has been acting weird ever since I got off work Monday morning. I turn the truck on, let it warm up for 10 minutes, put it in drive.     Found the issue :D both brakes lines from the front had a small leak. Friend of mines came over to save the day, I bought new lines, he replaced them and they’re working fine now. Now I can finally get my new cherry bomb muffler installed. I’ll post a clip later this week :3

    I’m not exactly sure if there is a leak or what caused the leak, the master cylinder has no rust, could be a rubber line. I just got off my shift so I’m gonna take a look at some things later today.

    Never mind, checked it…all the brake fluid except the reservoir is empty. How? I don’t know, I hate this cursed farm truck.
