    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I hear you about the running boards, dad added them and the grill guard when he purchased it, it also had a large camper top but that was removed back in 2005. I probably will remove the running boards but they did serve a purpose by keeping door dings away...

    Thanks guys! But it is a HD...window sticker states "1990 HD Fleetside Pickup 4wd" and according to the 1990 brochure page 29 there are two versions of the C/K 2500. 2500 has a GVWR of 7500 lbs. and 2500 C6P has a 8600 lbs. GVWR along with higher capacity springs, larger brakes, etc. The...
