    Done all the above to the engine. Everything's new on it except the internals. Exhaust, all top works. Tbi rebuilt, etc. 3.73 rear semi floating. To be honest I think I've done all I can with the exception of a larger trany cooler. I think a 6ltr ls engine swap is coming in the spring lol.

    Your exactly right , I'm always checking side to side clearance and making sure I have gracious car lengths ahead of me. I've always been good at assessing everything around me , with a trailer its 10x also it is stressful lol. Like riding my motorcycle I have to predict everyone else's actions.

    Brakes are huge concern if mine. Not that the trucks are inadequate but just to make sure my controller is working, I have been tuning the controller every tow just to make sure they are working on the trailer and responsive.

    I've put allot of work into refreshing everything on the truck so we are wanting to try to keep the original 350 over a swap. I have replaced everything on the outside of that engine in the last 3 months, with the exception of front of the engine( belts, pumps alternator) but thats a winter job...

    Thank you, I already have a bunch of the things you mentioned on the truck. High flow kn air filter, sadly stock exhaust manifold with an 3" fully welded high flo exhaust with no cat. Putting a tbi plate in tomorrow, and the truck has a trans cooler on it already that my trans guy said is good...
