4l60e troubles

Pass lock system would be my guess., I only say this cause experienced it on a buddy of mine truck, searched everything changed all sorts of stuff, he thought it was trans related but a licensed flash solved issue, now he has spare trans, computer, sensors ect.

Yes long bed & that would most def be the easiest way but I have shortened the inside box space to short bed measurements to accommodate a blow thru sub enclosure that was pretty tricky & expensive to fab up.

Thanks for that info, gives me a point of reference. I dont have a bed on my dually but I van work of its axle for a rough idea I suppose.

Yeah I was thinking really deep wheels & was gonna try to use replacement fenders from same year. I was thinking bout narrowing said fenders just a lil if need be.

Yes a single tire, reminded me of a big tire drag car. I wouldnt want so much sidewall but tire options are much greater now.

97 Sierra engine miss while driving

It's never personally happened to me but a buddy of mine has, his truck would seem to have a miss under load, usually at highway type speeds. Turned out the trans wasnt down shifting fast enough causing a miss type effect. He fixed the trans issue & problem went away. The way I see it is like...
