Hey guys I’m trying to find a good y pipe. The truck is a 93 v8 automatic. I currently have a 2.5” y pipe and want to move to a 3”. I have seen a ton of the dynomax (Walker) ones around the web but they don’t have very good reviews. What do you guys recommend? Thanks
Short block is good and I could throw some vortec heads on it. But the same mods to a 350 will net about 20% more power in a 350 unless my math is wrong. Hell why not though, would be cool running around with a hot lil 305 lol, then the 302 guys couldn’t give me **** lol
All exhaust gasses are scavenged so the better they come out the better the engine will run. That being said you want non turbulent exhaust so a mandrel bent system with a good quality muffler will outflow a plumbers setup with kinks and wrinkles and no muffler. Summit had some good videos on...

So I have a 93 extended cab with a 4l60e and a 305. I know the older 305’s were “smog” engines made for mpg not performance. From what I have researched these tbi 305’s are no different. Just want to make sure there are no 305 masters in here that know secrets before I throw a 350 in it lol
