Yeah it is. It's been forever since I've seen one of those. I had forgotten they even existed. I can't recall the details on it, but I'm pretty sure it's a bumper cover instead of an actual bumper. Maybe it was Street Scene? It's a nice touch on the GMC grille for sure.

I'm pretty sure with some massaging, it would be pretty easy to do that to a eom steel bumper.

I've considered a similar concept using a '99-'02 Sierra bumper like I have on my '91, but doing it with the '94-'98 GMC grille.
