2002 Ranch Hand rear bumper on a 1999 3500 cclb?

A buddy of mine has an 02 silverado 2500HD with the ranch hand rear bumper. ranch hand I don't thing doesn't make a full rear bumper for the obs Chevy's. Will the rear bumper from an 02 rear bumper mount to a obs chevy?

Interesting that they don't make a rear bumper, because they make (or at least, made) a nice front bumper or a very well built, with good coverage and protection, brush guard/push bumper. I've seen a few of them on trucks in the yards and on the street.

I've seen the fronts and they're really nice and strong but no rear bumpers
