Yea, me too. I was a mechanic at a Lincoln mercury dealer in 1977-1978. I got the pleasure to work on a dark red and black 1973 Pantera. I will never forget it.

We had a truck driver come to the shop pulling a 40 foot float, with a dodge 3500. It has over 800,000 miles on that Cummings.

Cheaper then what people charge over here. I cant even look at a used cummins for less then 20k even a 20 year old one.


Not a truck but closing up last night at work the boys in the back opened up a new can am crate and normally I dnt care for em, more of a Polaris guy, but this thing looks sweet. Totally different then the standard black an grey we usually get in.

I have heard the Cummins can go a million miles, but so can the Chevy 350. Some Cummins fan boys seem to forget that, haha.

Yup an it sucks. Similar to the ford 7.3, heres an example I saw today, no way would I spend 37k on a 20 year old truck no matter how low the miles are.
