Vortec 454 Headers

Hi, I just bought 99 K3500 454 truck. I'd like to do some exhaust on it soon, so I've been researching headers. I see that Banks and Thorley offer some long-tubes, but I can't find them on their websites. Are they being made anymore? Or does the P30 (motorhome) stuff fit this truck?

No one makes headers for 96+ trucks because of the emission fittings. If you get a 1995 or earlier header, they will fit, but it will not have the fitting for emissions.

Where? I emailed Banks directly and didn't get anywhere. Kit hasn't been made in over 7 years. To the OP, no the M/H/P chassis kits will not fit the C/K chassis.

I spent a while searching and came up empty handed. I can't even find the cat-back exhaust kit, much less headers. Bummer.

I bought a Gibson Cat back exhaust a year ago for my 454. And I was researching headers that were made by Gibson as well, but did not buy any. I believe JBA makes headers as well...

I've been researching more as well. Gibson & JBA make short headers for 96+, both with and without A.I.R. fittings (Gibson for sure, unsure on JBA).

Comes with one O2 bung,you can add another.....dunno
