Thanks you guys. I guess I shouldn't say no trimming. If I can do bare minimum for clearance and retain body lines I am OK with that.

I ran 37" Boggers on 6" of lift; although, my axle is pushed ~3" forward. There is minimal work done to the rear of the fender but my bumper is trimmed pretty good.

IIRC the military 37s run small. 9 inches of lift is pretty tall if all you want to do is fit them. I was running 7 inches of lift with the sas on my ccsb and my 37s bolted up for a day before I sold them for smaller tires.

I just completed a Fabworx SAS with 52" springs out of the rear of a 78 chevy half ton. Have 2" spacers in the front and 2.5" spacers in the rear to run hummer wheels and BFG Baja 37's, no body lift or lift springs. works and I think looks awesome. In the rear I did a shackle flip with 1" lift shackle.

to get a spacer to work it would have to be 6" spacer.

Eh, no. 2" spacers all around will work for most applications. I run 2" front and 3" rear for my HMMWV take offs. ~8" of lift looks to be enough for that setup, especially with the axle pushed forward with a SAS. Obviously running wider dually axles or wheels with more offset would require more lift (or more trimming) in order to clear at full lock.
