Ima run dual 2 1/2 with a x pipe before muffers (undecided on them) and then out to 3.5 inch tips at a 45 or 90 behind the tire

Sounds like a great plan, 2.5" is a little big and you will lose low end and MPG vs 2.25" duals, but it is pretty negligable, just throwing info out there.
