Why did you use that alternator bracket? I used all the factory accessories on the ls motor.

Why did you use that alternator bracket? I used all the factory accessories on the ls motor.

Its so I can keep the AC in the stock location. The bracket is cheaper/better than cutting the frame to fit the stock LS compressor and re-doing the AC lines or having to buy an AC compressor and an AC bracket and re-doing the AC lines.

Oh ok that makes sense then. I deleted the a/c on mine so I didn't even bother looking at brackets.

I've only ever used AC with the wife in the car. Its quieter with the windows down. LOL

What has everybody done as far as the throttle cable?
Can I use my stock bracket and modify it a bit or do I need the bracket off of the LS motor?

Well I know now that I need the LS engine throttle bracket.
Also did some painting and found a good use for my old TBSS intake.
