^^ Yep, garage door opener, and yours still has the factory velcro to attach your remote

Yup. Or you could mount a bottle opener inside. Just pop it open and reach up there with your beer and pop your top. Lol

Yup, garage door opener compartment.

You see those little black Lego looking pieces on either side of the button inside the lid? You can remove those and insert them into the opening in the middle of the button assembly to adjust the button height/throw for your specific opener.

Yup that was their solution before all the technology they started putting the fancy schmancy built in openers like newer vehicles come with nowadays

Have you tried reading the owners handbook. There is a lot of nice to know info. Like if you have the headlight warning left on, can be silenced by rotating instrument lighting off?
