If you're talking about removing the blower motor remove the hose, the 2 wire connections and all the little bolts, but more importantly when you go to take it out rotate it to where the flat side of the blower is at the top to clear the dash bracing and it will come right out. Otherwise, you'd spend all day trying. Learned that little trick from DRAGGN95.

This is an excellent thread. I wanna do it but I'm scared I won't have anything to get out like VIGH but I'll do it later on.
I don't even know how to get started on taking the plastic off :blah:

I wish I would have thought of this while I was replacing my blower motor last summer, oh well maybe some time when i got to rip in to the interior, mine still blows pretty strong though but not as strong as it did with my old blower for some reason.

Removed Glove box.
You must be registered for see images attach

Remove the blower motor cover along with the 2 wires. There is a tab on top and bottom.

Remove the 7/32 bolts around the blower motor and remove.

This is the hole and to the upper left is the evap core.

if im feeling bored i might take mine apart again and do a write up/pics for 88-94 guys, only difference is you have to remove the computer and tray.

I took my blower out and mine was nothing to write home about it wasn't that dirty i did hosed it out and i think there is a improvement with air flow now.

I just did this the other day. At first I thought it was pretty clean, but then I saw all the crap lodged in a hidden corner. Definitely flows better now.
