That’s hard to say. What does the brake and gas pedals look like? That would make a better example.

I have no idea! Really just curious if it is 100k 200k or 300k. My personal guess is less than 150k.

Although the motor has been dorked with, it doesn't look too bad.

The story I got from the used car salesman was that it was a plow truck for a school then sold to some guy that wanted to start his own road side assistance & plow business, that failed, and sold the truck back to the used car salesman.
My research into carfax seems to collaborate this story.

Ahh, the carfax report, another source for the mystery miles:

Looks like 1 owner until 2010 (The school I'm guessing - same title #W318047) and when sold it had 71,000 miles - maybe sold off to get rid of an in-op odometer.
