The Odometer stopped working at 75,123. Based on seat condition, how many real miles do you think it has?

I started pulling the dash, that's why it looks like that.

If your odo quit working on the day that you posted your message, I would guess 75,123. If it quit working before then, then my guess would be more than 75,123

One side wore out hard - like you said, the other side not too bad. Maybe just one guy/girl putting all the miles on so that passenger side didn't wear? It was a school plow truck for the 1st part of it's life.
Just a heads-up - you should have circuit breakers where the 30 amp fuses are.

I don't understand - I think (could be wrong) that the 30amp fuse(s) are factory and my truck never came with breakers. This truck had so much (3rd party) wiring that I have subsequently removed, I am not sure what is factory or "others" anymore.

Since none of us really know, let’s really skew it…maybe the instrument cluster has been replaced! So, no one will ever know.
TREE(3) is so gargantuan, so incomprehensibly massive, that no human can ever visualize it, understand it, or conceptualize it.
That just might skew it. (It's an option on the poll - just for that purpose) -lol

That’s hard to say. What does the brake and gas pedals look like? That would make a better example.

Pedal pads can be easily replaced, not a reliable indicator.
Generally cab chassis are work trucks = rode hard. And generally are not used with a light touch. Seat belt slammed in door, cig buts smashed in dash, holes in seats from tools, stains from god knows what. Lights not working, never repaired . Backing until it stops from whatever it hits. Pulling trailer with backhoe...! And so on.
