Just FYI , I open this thread to come pray for you, lol. Just throwin this out there, Dynomax makes an X muffler ($100), which I what I think I will be using. And your spot on about the cats helping with sound, as far as the popping/backfiring stuff. Also the muffler plays a part in this too, anything with chambers will help cut down on that.

Well i think im going to go with my orginal plans and buy the 2.25" header back kit from Hooker... Ill look into the Hpipe, thats whats on my 5.0L and it sounds good soo... we'll see. Also going to look into the spintechs/Borlas... I just want to do something a bit different this time around.
