Header gasket replacement. Remove power steering pump?

Hey Guys-

I apologize for asking so many questions about this but I'm kind of stuck. I'm replacing my header gaskets. Do I have to remove the power steering pump in order to get that one header bolt off? If so, what pulley tool do you recommend? Thank you very much.

I would suggest loosening the whole bracket instead of fooling with that pulley.
