Had enough, bought a motor, time to swap.

Been driving this thing for about two months now. Love how quick the 6.2 starts. Runs real well. Going to need to find someone on here that has real world experience turning up the db-2 pump on these things. Otherwise for what I need works perfect. Next needs a tranny. And next year will be a three link dodge axle and 38's.

Truck has been sitting for a long time and I'm not even going to count the days or months as that would only serve to piss me off...

Front Axle is a Dana 60 dually axle from a '78 cab and chassis open with 4:56 gears, now has new ujoints, hi steer springless cap conversion and will very soon finish off the hubs and brakes.

Rear axle is a Dana 70HD out of a camper special '84 chevy with open 4:11 gears, will swap that eventually for a locked set of 4:56 gears; currently put on new drums, seals and wheel cylinders (shoes were brand new when I picked it up, everything else was crap)

Transmission is a rebuilt 4l80-e unit out of a '93 suburban, shift kit, B&M deep aluminum pan and a new B&M diesel stall rated torque converter

Transfer case is a NP205 slip yoke 32 spline input out of a '77 RCSB Chevy, which will eventually get cleaned up and twin sticked, slip yoke eliminated and yadda yadda yadda
