I would cringe at cutting In to a name brand bar for this install.
But the finished product looks good!

Looks awesome. What did you use to cut the light bar and how did you do it? Would love to try this on my 98 Chevy.

I used a combination of jig saw with metal blade, hack saw, cut off wheel, and sawz-all.

To be honest a band saw would be best. Hacksaw was actually the best cutting perpendicular to the fins, sawzall parallel with them.

Looks pretty awesome, how'd you wire it in? Is it together with the highbeams (nice quad mod on that btw) or do you have a separate switch in the cab?

I have a seperate switch in the dash via relay.
