Grille Lightbar

Has anyone put a lightbar behind a CHEVY grille? I need ideas. If so, post pics!

You run into issues with the core support and hood latch. You'll probably have to cut out the grill insert and recess it in.

The chevy and gmc grilles fit just about the same in this location, i fit a 32" curved bar behind my grill. The only modification I had to do to the truck is relocate the horn farther down on the center support. There are no other modifications to the truck, only to the light itself.

Man that is CLEAN! Do you find that it overheats with the fins cut off or the wind gives enough airflow?

No problems. I only use it while in motion anyway, and it's not that hot here.

Amazon. It's just a generic 32" curved model. I paid around $100 for it.
