three inch exhaust should be normal on something with the 350 in it stock. i would most definatly do the BL first so you can have the exhuast tips in the right location. otherwise they will be 3 inches lower than the bumper, or whatever the BL height is. thats something that ruins the look of a truck for me is a BL with the bumper and pipes still at stock height, but thats just my opinion.

im going to raise everything up to make it look right. saw a nicely done tahoe this weekend all done with bumper raised but hitch in stock location
