Could be you got lucky? I had this same issue when I rebuilt my engine (a few years ago before I knew much about these systems), it was confusing/frustrating as all hell.

Possibly cause we marked the distributor and never moved the engine. Now with the new engine we had #1 up and are starting over

I'm actually surprised it seems to run and eve. Idle pretty well with the stock tune. I've gotta finish the exhaust so I can road test it then off to the tuner for the custom tune and dyno

When do you think you'll have it to the tuner? Also, did you run bigger injectors? I can't remember.
