Local placed used to charge flat-rate for certain body panels if they were already stripped of paint and brought in bare metal. We used lacquer thinner and brought them a 94 gmt400 hood and they charged $75 to strip the lacquer thinner, prep, prime, and paint.

Thats absurdly cheap. Looks like all told my full respray will be costing me about $500.
