I think i have somewhat new shocks. The po might have changed em but im pretty sure they arnt the original. Springs im not sure about those. But these twist in coil spacers you literally just twist them in and it raises your truck? Anything else to it?

Yeah just twist them in with a 1/2 inch ratchet, I jacked my truck up to make it easier. They call em knucklebusters here because they come back out at you if you aren't careful with them.

I was thinking about coil spacers but ive heard it can mess up your alignment? How true is that really? Lol

Ive done coil spacers. There a ***** to install you need to purchase the rough country ball joint spacers to align and if you havent already remove the knockouts in the upper control arm. If i ever did it again i would just do spindles.
