Twist in coil spacers from O'reilly's about 2" higher up front, but my springs were super worn

I think i have somewhat new shocks. The po might have changed em but im pretty sure they arnt the original. Springs im not sure about those. But these twist in coil spacers you literally just twist them in and it raises your truck? Anything else to it?

Maybe shocks, but probably not. We just did 2in coil spacers on my brothers jeep (heap) last night

I was thinking about coil spacers but ive heard it can mess up your alignment? How true is that really? Lol

If it's independent suspension it'll definitely mess with your camber. Probably can adjust it into spec tho.
