Just been driving the truck the past few weeks, I did flush the power steering and filled it back up with Lucas PS fluid and it doesn't seem to be leaking now? I didn't do the "Stop Leak" power steering since I can't stand anything like that, gums everything up and makes the issue 10 time worse.
Probably still going to replace the hydroboost at some point though.

I need more honestly; I'm halfass looking for a K2500 Suburban as a keeper, and I'm fixing to acquire a 97 Z71 as a flipper. I'd love a 67-72 K5 but that's a tall order.

Funny enough, I found a 97 I almost bought back in 2019, I was on vacation a couple hours away when it came up for sale and I messaged the dude asking about it but it sold by the time I got home. I'm hoping it sticks around so I can hook my claws into it, trying to pay off some stuff and free up some "fun money"

tailgate makes it a bit of a unicorn, i think those are hard to find, esp in the '96 up.
Still miss my 98, 6.5 or no...

I spent about 5 years looking for a tailgate Burb that was 4x4. I honestly would have taken 1500 or 2500. Just so happened that the one I landed on was a 2500.

I'd like to find another one, but a base model with barn doors. Preferably with a 350 and deep gears. Then I'd want to NV4500 swap it.

Had that one saved for a couple weeks now actually, been eyeing it for some time since it's a perfect base for a 383 powered burb and I'd have a core 454 for my K2500.

Little bits here and there. Finally scored an NBS center console, it's got the rear vents too, and since my floor liner covers the floor vents I think it's the perfect opportunity to do some customization so I have good air flow to the back seats.
Still have to fix the AC but that'll happen in time.

Ordered t-stats for it, I need to order a new coolant reservoir and a heater hose from Leroy but I'm trying to pinch pennies so I can make prior committed purchases.

Did throw a tip on for shigs and gittles. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel but honestly I kinda dig it.
