don't take offense , just throwing stuff out, closest Mopar ever came to supercar was the Viper, they had their issues.

The old UPS P30 dually box trucks had a 4.3L with a Q-Jet and a 4spd manual for years. They were carbureted until about 90-92.

292 inline 6 and no power steering. They kept those beasts in service into the late 90s

I would say turbo on an 8.1L is even better. I can still find 8.1Ls cheaper than 6.0s here.

$ for HP, a boosted 4.8/5.3 can't be beat. Sure, you can make more HP out of something bigger with less boost, but it comes with additional $. I scored my 5.3 in my D100 for free!
