94 5.7L TBI stumbling

Drove it to school this morning, and it began having trouble at 100km/hr felt like more stumbling but was fine when I was at idle

Could my top end of my TBI being dirty mean my injectors could be slowly failing? The problem comes and goes, maybe fuel issue?

you checked pressure right? get your injectors tested

if your getting pressure at your injectors and at teh filter you could have a diaphragm spring going.

Tried to pick up a gauge but they didn't have any, also couldn't find one that would work with the truck to order, I mentioned above I changed my fuel filter then ran my tank low, could there be junk from my tank in the filter? It's a Fram

maybe, unlikely if its a newe filter but i also neve let my tank run dry.

It's possible but I don't believe it would run intermittently in the way you're describing if that was the problem.

I tend to let it run dry, which I'm gonna try to avoid after I figure out how to fix this

But it just came back a few times while I was driving
