you can put z71 springs in a 2wd but with the stiffer spring rate and slightly higher spring it will lift your rear more than a standard 1500 4wd spring would

not completely, the z71 trucks had a slightly higher ride height than the regular 4x4 and slightly longer shocks which were bilstein in z71
