Got em! I took the tires off them today (by hand) and have to run the tires back to the guy tomorrow.

Now you get to find out that good quality new 19.5's are upwards of $300/ea
There's lots of Chinese garbage out there in 19.5 land, I'd avoid them if possible. Some of them roll like they're square, and are worthless in the rain. Nothing like your highly-sprung HD bouncing an axle enough to unplant a tire that already has poor wet grip.
I ran Goodyear G647 RSS on my black HD, in a larger size and higher load rating than stock - 245/70/19.5 load range G. They cost a fortune (over $350/ea) but they wore like iron. They're meant for what Goodyear calls "high scrub" applications, which was right up my alley, using a wrecker in tight parking lots for impounds/repos.
Bridgestone and Michelin make some good ones as well. The last few Ford wreckers we bought came with Continentals (HDR and HSR) and I'm not a fan; very squirrely tires.
If it's just not in the budget, you'll end up buying Chinese, some of the drivers I know swear that Double Coin are good. You can score them about $200/ea shipped if you check ebay.
Also DO NOT cheap out on the valve stems. You may need to go to NAPA and order them, they will be metal stems that bolt in. Rubber stems can't take the pressure needed and will blow out without warning. Many big truck shops don't carry the correct stems because although they have metal bolt-in style but for a larger hole in the wheel than an HD has. I ordered some through NAPA years ago, sorry, do not have the part # anymore. Take one of your old ones up there and have them look up the application.
