Just a word of advice, sometimes less is more.

Your description says you have an exhaust but from the pictures, I can't tell if it's dual. So if it's not done already, some shiny chrome tips and and dual exits would look nice

A simple thing that will do wonders for the look is to find the Chevy bowtie that goes on the grille.

CB radio if you're into that look (I am)

For the bowtie, black or regular chevy bowtie color IMO. Given that your wheels aren't black or anything, just keep it regular for now (again just my opinion, not tryin to tell you what to do)

If you clean the tips, it'll add tons to the look.

As for the CB, I'd do dual whips mounted onto the toolbox

what about the orange side marker lights? I personaly don't like them. they clash too much with red. should I black them out or get clear ones?

A light tint would look good. If you go clear you'll want to get want to get new headlights and parking lights to match them

I think just leave it unless you want to change it very badly. It doesn't look that bad, plus most of us have em anyway. It doesn't stick out badly to me

They don't look bad at all, if you put those on, you could definitely black out the bowtie too

I think there's a law that they must be amber in color (correct me if I'm wrong) so just be careful with that
