Decided to work on the driveshafts today. Hit a snag with the front differential. When I was installing the inner pinion bearing cup, it went in crooked and long story short I'm going to get a new case, eventually. In the meantime, other things.

It's okay. A new case isn't a bad thing. Sure, didn't want to spend the money, but it's not an extraordinary expense. Thankfully there are still new ones out there.

The rubber surround dealie that keeps the bearing from flopping around. I can kinda move mine a little bit in the dually but I have zero vibration and the bearing itself is good so I've just left it.
