Where does it hook up?

I'm in the process of replacing my weak 305in my '88 GMC c1500 with a 355 with vortec heads, a good cam. flattop pistons. I am going to be running a 46mm tbi unit mounted on a duel plane Summit intake with a tbi adaptor, No egr. I've got the new engine installed and everything hooked up and I have a mystery connector left over, see attached pictures. can anyone tell me where it is supposed to go? Please!!

You didn't say what kind of truck this is or a year, but I'm guessing it's for the EGR solenoid. I can only assume you aren't using an EGR with that intake.

I was sitting in the hot tub and I realized that I neglected to include the model and year. it's not for the egr solenoid here is a pic of the egr sol, it's a green plug

I believe that's the hood light power.
