Whats the best transmission swaps?

So I have a 1994 k2500 light duty with a tbi 305 and 4l60e, and I eventually want to swap to a 350 but haven't decided on what tranny to do. So I was wondering what are my best options? I don't want anything crazy hard but I don't care if it's manual or auto.

It depends on how much money you could go to nv4500 4l80e th400 the nv4500 will be the most money and pane it is a heavy duty 5 speed but stay away form a nv 3500 it you beat the truck and have big wheels and if you go with the 4l80e or th400 new drive shafts frunt and back 4l80e will need a controller 400 you will need to swap gears in the rear end probly to something taller for half way good hyway speed

I've been pecking around in the search, for any similar swaps. At the moment I have a 96 C1500, i buikt a 4L60 for it. It caught a low fluid pressure issue and it is parked for now. Decided to carb that votec 350, install it into my 89 C3500 with a TR-4050 I just purchased. ETA not determined yet haha
