Ah, he DOES have a '95!!! Get a '95 tahoe hvac control assembly, it's the type with the circuit panel made onto the back of the hvac, NOT the massive circuit board that lays horizontal like your stock hvac is.

You can also send me your stock hvac assembly and I will see if I can figure out what actually burned up, this way I can hopefully tell you what happened before you go about re-wiring your cb, it might not actually be your cb, it could've been a fluke in your hvac....the stock hvacs in the 95 trucks are very finicky and touchy to voltage and current changes.

Nahh, it's the hvac control panel. It's the board built onto the back on the hvac controls themselves.
