Is there ANYONE who installs an ignition module and doesn't use the thermal paste?
Yes. People who don't know about thermal paste. Back in my college days I changed ignition modules on my RX-7 and wondered, "What is this gooey crap?". I cleaned it off and installed the new module. I drove a mile down the road to get some fast food and the car started misfiring. I barely made it back to the dorms. The internet was just getting going, and I don't remember how I figured out the stuff was thermal paste. It was probably because I'd been dorking around with building computers, and I had some paste laying around.
